VPS (Virtual Private Server) virtualizes servers on the operating system (kernel) layer
This virtualization method creates isolated partitions, or virtual environments, on a single physical server and OS instance. This allows hardware, software, data center and management efforts to be utilized with maximum efficiency.
Each VPS partition runs its own operating system in a secure and private environment, and it cannot be accessed/interrupted by its neighbours. VPS gives you the System Administrator access as a Dedicated Server whilst sharing the cost of the hardware.
