Job Description

We are looking for a Problem Solver to help the community and share our knowledge to our clients.
Responsibilities
- You will be providing technical assistance on customer’s inquiries, troubleshooting and guide customers to solve their problems on our products and services offered
- You will be performing scheduled tasks such as server migrations, application installations, server maintenance
- You are responsible on the technical issues raised by customers through tickets and provide customers with a resolution
- You will be monitoring and responding to system alerts in a timely manner
Competencies:
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Possess basic understanding of operating systems such as windows and linux.
- Possess basic understanding of internet services such as web server, mail server and database server
- Essential to work on rotational shift
Qualification Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree within related field or equivalent practical experience
- 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience is ideal, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply

- You will be given sufficient training and guidance on the job especially the understanding of virtualization technologies such as VMWare, Proxmox, Hyper-V and similar technologies.
- You will be also given adequate on-the-job-training in cPanel, DirectAdmin and Plesk control panels, related to internet security such as firewall, web application firewall and antispam
