Job Overview
Responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of core system infrastructure, supporting both internal platforms and commercial project deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Create High-Level (HLD) and Low-Level (LLD) designs for new commercial projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications
- Translate complex technical infrastructure concepts for non-technical commercial stakeholders
- Act as the technical team supporting infrastructure and commercial deployment from project kick-off through to go-live
- Build and configure robust server environments, storage solutions, and virtualization layers
- Develop and maintain automation scripts (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) to ensure environments are repeatable and error-free
- Proactively research emerging technologies (cloud-native tools, advanced security, AIOps) to enhance internal systems
- Design and execute lab environments to test feasibility of new technologies before full-scale adoption
- Ensure all infrastructure designs comply with industry standards
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, SOPs, and technical knowledge base
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided)
- Basic knowledge of virtualization (VMware/KVM) and Linux/Windows systems
