Job Description
If you have a knack for effective communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, then we are looking for you!
Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing client concerns and inquiries.
- Sourcing for new leads or following up on inbound sales.
- On-site meetings, presenting and proposing IP ServerOne solutions to clients whenever required.
- Analyzing client data to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
- Preparing quotations and invoices for clients.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide clients with the most current and relevant information.
- Representing the company at industry events and conferences whenever required.
- Preparing sales forecast and sales report.
Qualification Requirement:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree with a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (speaking, writing, and reading). Third language fluency is an added advantage.
- 2 – 3 years of relevant working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Business and IT (Cloud, Hosting, Networking, or Data center services).
- Essential experience in Microsoft Office – Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
