Job Description

We are looking for a Problem Solver to help the community and share our knowledge to our clients.
Responsibilities
- You will be coordinating on project planning and execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope & requirement and within budget.
- You will be developing project schedules, resource plans, risk management plans and track progress against them.
- You will be assisting on problem management processes, including finding the root cause analysis, defining corrective and preventive actions, and coordinating with other teams to implement solutions.
- You will be assisting the technical support team on technical issues raised by customers through tickets and provide customers with a resolution
- You will be analysing, monitoring & reporting the service performance metrics on existing services, identify areas for improvement, propose enhancement and upgrade plans, and communicate these recommendations to sales and customer technical teams.
- You will be conducting pre-sales technical analysis, provide clarification and technical expertise to support sales and customer teams.
- You will be developing and maintaining positive relationship with key stakeholders.

Qualification Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree within related field or equivalent practical experience
- 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience is ideal, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
