Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and qualify customer enquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring satisfaction and escalating cases according to the escalation matrix when required.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and long-term loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including business improvement, marketing, finance, and technical teams, to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Identify suitable upselling and cross-selling opportunities to support business growth.
  • Handle administrative tasks efficiently and support ad hoc assignments or project involvement when required.
  • From time to time, support urgent or emergency cases that may require extended attention to ensure service continuity and customer satisfaction.

Requirements & Competencies

  • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply, particularly those who are eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated to grow their careers.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and deliver effective solutions.

Qualification Requirements

  • Relevant working experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Minimum qualification of SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Higher Diploma, preferably in an IT-related field.
